From the first estimate to the last equipment check, here’s how your NOX balloon installation comes together.
Design consultations, concepts and mockups begin after your signed agreement and required payment. NOX arranges all calls, installations, retrievals and approved calendar changes internally.
Before you book
Browse the menu and design collections. Build a preliminary estimate with your desired coverage, upgrades, location and event date.
Share the occasion, venue, budget direction and practical details. Estimates are for planning; they do not reserve your date.
NOX reviews the fit
We review availability, location, size, access and the items that need custom pricing. Your formal proposal shows the contracted scope and total.
Send your estimate and venue information. Standard proposals are valid for 7 calendar days; availability is confirmed separately.
Agreement + required payment
Your event is confirmed after NOX receives the signed agreement and booking payment. More than 7 days ahead: 50% retainer, excluding refundable equipment deposits. Within 7 days: 100% payment.
Complete both booking requirements. Direct clients use HoneyBook for agreements and payments; Thumbtack balloon clients pay through Square. NOX confirms your installation window on its master calendar.
Booked clients only
NOX arranges a 15-minute Balloon Design Concept Call. Calls are Tuesday–Thursday, 8–9 AM or 4–5 PM Central. Two complimentary design mockups and up to two design edits are included after booking.
Bring your color direction, theme and priorities. Review spelling, logos, names and personalization before approval.
7 calendar days before the event
Your final design, major elements, colors and specialty products lock. The remaining service balance, including the last payment of an agreed split-balance plan, is due. Venue rules, setup and retrieval instructions must be provided.
Approve the design and pay the balance. Confirm venue permission, room readiness, loading, parking and an on-site contact. Short-notice bookings use an accelerated NOX-confirmed plan.
Wednesday & Friday production
We prepare, assemble and stage the balloons, materials and equipment for your confirmed design. Production and concept development run 9 AM–4 PM Central.
Keep your on-site contact and access details current. Changes after design lock are subject to availability and additional cost.
Your confirmed service window
NOX shares arrival, installation-progress and completion updates through your confirmed communication plan, then installs, styles, secures and inspects the setup and removes normal installation debris. The 60-minute workmanship guarantee begins when installation is complete.
Provide timely access and a clear area. Protect the installation; contact NOX promptly about a workmanship issue during the guarantee window.
Your confirmed retrieval plan
NOX retrieves reusable equipment and inspects it. When complete and undamaged beyond ordinary wear, the deposit refund is initiated within 3 business days after inspection.
Provide retrieval access. Complimentary breakdown applies to labor only; return-trip travel remains billable. Same-day setup and breakdown adds $50.
